U.S. Shipping: 

 

48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (Guam and VI), and Puerto Rico. We at Ekolu Creations proudly supports our troops and their families overseas and ships to our Armed Forces APO/FPO and P.O. Box customers. International shipping is not offered at this time.  Exceptions can be made in special cases so please contact us at the email provided below.

 

We ship all packages via USPS (US Post Office) only.  We ship domestically to all 50 United States, as well as to all American Territories* and most APO*/FPO*/DPO* addresses.

 

[*additional shipping costs may be included in an adjusted invoice depending on location. Shipping calculations for US Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses must be computed based on individual purchases and do not reflect the shipping/handling prices indicated on our website pages.]

 

Orders are normally shipped within one to three business days via USPS (excluding holidays). We charge shipping and handling on all items based on the amount and items purchased. The estimated arrival date is after processing time. Unexpected weather events and holidays may delay your shipping times.

 

Important:  Insurance and other special services can be purchased at an additional cost by request only prior to check-out [it is not automatically included in your checkout].  We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.
